7) It is said that job opportunities are drying up for Marathi youths. What’s your take?
It’s not true. For a confident person with an appropriate knowledge of a specific market/industry, any person irrespective of caste, creed, sex, religion, or for that matter language, can and should be able to sustain himself/herself in the job market.
I would suggest that job opportunities for marathi youths need not be differentiated from other youths in our country. This is a generic issue and should not be isolated from people who speak other languages. A person would get a job if he knows very well the task, the job market, and the competition.
However, if we should discuss Marathi youths and their peculiar traits while seeking a job in this competitive world, what comes to my mind (as a personal experience) is that being too honest is inappropriate and acts negative to getting your job. Secondly, marathi youths must know the complexity of the minds of their competitors; that’s because marathi person is very, very simple and naïve when it comes to social interaction. If he can’t craft against other people by playing dirty politics, then at least, he should be alert enough and save his own skin and defend himself from the dirty games that other people play.
It would be a good idea for marathi youths to come together and help each other (positively), and not by forming a lobby, which generally people with mother tongue of other languages do in our country. Let’s be competitive, professional, and ethical in our approach to reach to the top.
8) How and why did you choose this name for your profession?
“Tarkvara” literally means software in Estonian language. The company name: “Tarkvara Technologies” hence means Software Technologies. Our primary business objective is to “Dream. Innovate. Achieve.” in software business.
